Please join us for the release of Phase 1, 21
homes*, at Lantana on Saturday, February 19, 2005. The
release will be held at the Cedar Rose/Lantana sales office
located at 1571 Quiet Trail Drive, Chula Vista, starting
at 9:00 a.m.
Based on the buyer interest for Lantana we have decided
to release the homes at Lantana via priority list. We
sincerely appreciate your interest in Lantana and we
feel your time and family life are very important. Therefore,
to be as fair as possible to all prospective buyers
we have decided to establish a priority list to avoid
any “camp-out” scenario. We will be establishing
a priority list via a lottery process.
Enclosed with this letter is a prequalification form
from BHI Mortgage.
For those of you who would like to be established on
the priority list
· You must obtain pre-qualification from BHI
Mortgage, Cameron Owens and Penny Ong-Conley no later
than 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 16th. We will not
accept pre-qualification from any other lender.
· Bring your letter of pre-qualification with
you on Saturday, February 19th to the Cedar Rose/Lantana
Sales Office, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00
a.m., for the opportunity to get established on the
priority list. You will enter a numbered lottery card.
One card per buying entity will be allowed. The entries
will be pulled one at a time at random to establish
the priority list. Being pre-qualified does not automatically
put you on the priority list. You must participate in
the lottery drawing to be established onto the priority
list.
· We will not accept entries past 10:00 a.m.
You may have a representative present on your behalf
if you are not available for the phase release, however,
the actions of your representative will be binding.
A $10,000 earnest money deposit will be required.
Again, you MUST have a pre-approval letter from BHI
Mortgage, Cameron Owens or Penny Ong-Conley, prior to
our acceptance of participation in the priority list.
Please contact Cameron or Penny as soon as possible
to ensure adequate time for the pre-approval process.
